My order has not yet arrived, what should I do?

In case your order has not yet arrived, we will resend your order in the following cases:

- 30 days after validation of your order if the tracking number has not been activated the carrier

- 30 days after the last modification of the status of your order on the tracking site

You just have to notify us by email at [email protected] so that the resending of your order is organized.
